    You can cancel your monthly donation at any time by logging into your donor account here.

  3. How do I access my donor account?

    After you sign up for our monthly mail club, you will receive an email with your receipt and instructions to set up a donor account. You can log in using your email and a one-time code.

  4. What if I need to change my address or payment method?

    You can login to your donor account here to update your information.

  5. When will I be charged?

    Your monthly donation will be charged on the same day each month. If you sign up on the 27th, you will be charged on the 27th of each month.

  6. When will I receive my mail?

    Letters and stickers will be sent out during the last week of each month.
