Paws for Life NC Spay & Neuter is Fundamental (SNIF) Program
The SNIF program is for owned pets. It provides for low cost or free vouchers to pet owners who have low to mid income and live in Franklin County, Northern Wake County, or Southern Granville County.
DEGA provides free basic veterinary care to the pets of low/no income owners and individuals experiencing homelessness all across the state. They provide free mobile pop-up clinics in various locations to give basic veterinary care to cats, dogs, and pet pigs who would otherwise not see a veterinarian.
